I choose to mix it in hot milk. You only need a tiny amount (see instructions) and mix it in with the provided bespoke metal measuring spoon. The paste dissolves easily, making a light brown drink. The taste is classic Shilajit. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but if you like green tea, I'd suggest blending the two. I don't feel qualified to comment on health benefits as I'm not a scientist, but as Shilajit goes, this is a good one.
As someone who has gone through shilajit in multiple forms, resin remains the optimal form and I've had other resins previously.This jar of shilajit resin was amongst the best I've tried and the highlight is the metal spatula for measuring and extracting the resin from the jar (very hard to do without it during cold winter months).The jar arrived with shrink wrap over the main screw lid but also over the threads and tab lid below the screw lid for maximum freshness - a nice touch.The shilajit is high quality with a good smell and an authentic shilajit taste, my preferred method of taking the resin is to mix a portion with hot water and honey to make it easier to swallow.Overall, this shilajit resin is a good value for money in my opinion and I'd recommend this product in particular.
Really well packaged,when first opened you get a really strong rich earthy smell but don’t let that put you off, simple and straight forward instructions on how to take and and your daily allowance , recommend times to take through out the day for best effect,really pleased with with the product and will be purchasing again

You are meant to mix this with water or tea, and I have chosen to mix this with my morning brew. It mixes well, tastes absolutely fine. I didn't overly like the taste, but a friend who was with me at the time did, so it seems to be a personal thing.In a funny way it reminded me of a smoky Scottish Whiskey, the slightly aftertaste has that peaty quality.
